My Purpose Amplified

I hear you GOD, I get it! The taps I get on my shoulders are more and more frequent, the signs are all around me, the people who I attract into my life, the clarity of purpose defined, redefined, and the message louder, stronger. I get it! I’ve GOT TO STAY ON PURPOSE TO LIVE OUT MY MISSION!

As a survivor of sexual harassment and power struggle in a male-dominated corporate arena that I worked in, as a survivor of an eating disorder that kept me trapped inside confusion, as a survivor of a rape that stole my innocence my freshman year of college, as a survivor of perfectionism, as a survivor of caring too much of what others thought of me, as a survivor of a failed first marriage… I AM MORE THAN ENOUGH.

I AM GRATEFUL, I AM BLESSED, I AM A WOMAN WHO’S BEEN ON MISSION FOR 16 YEARS!!

I’m in deep gratitude for my amazing husband, three beautiful children, a professional life I love, an incredible support team, and a never-ending hunger to be a Servant-Leader in every single area of my life.

I’ve had and continue to have the greatest honor and privilege of working with the most amazing, beautiful, courageous, vulnerable, fun, loving, compassionate souls.

Over the last 16 years of mentoring/coaching/leading thousands of brilliant souls… It’s so painful to see how many have quit writing their story.  They’ve got lost or stuck in their past experiences. Their purpose has become fuzzy and unclear.  Their hopes have become a memory.  Their dreams have paused. Their goals have yet to be created because they feel they aren’t deserving. As a result, the words MISSION and Purpose have merely become buzz words.

My mission and purpose has been to spread the message of:  YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, YOU ARE BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE, YOUR STORY IS IMPORTANT,  YOUR TALENTS ARE EXCEPTIONAL, and YOU ARE SO SO SO VERY LOVED.

I believe my ability to SURVIVE and THRIVE from my experiences, have continued to expand my Mission and amplify my Purpose.  Every tear shed, every moment of anger, confusion, sadness, shame, bitterness… Allowed for me to experience and share my story with you.  Maybe it’s some hope, maybe some encouragement, maybe some relief to know you’re not alone, or maybe just a little nudge to knock you back on course of your Mission and Purpose.

And trust me, when I start skimping on my purpose or getting off track from mission, I am sure reminded QUICKLY by the “tests” or taps on my shoulder, reminders I am not serving to my abilities… I am also way more irritable, tired, blah, frustrated.  Believe me, your Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Financial states are good indicators if you’re congruently operating with Purpose through Mission or not.

It’s Imperative To Life Our Life Through Mission and Purpose…
Don’t let the past define you or determine your destiny!!!
From the depths of my heart, from spark in my spirit, from the power of my source, I CAN SO CONFIDENTLY SAY THIS TO YOU:

Whatever has happened to you:  That’s NOT YOU!
Whatever hasn’t happened to you:  That’s NOT YOU!
Other people’s opinions of you:   That’s NOT YOU!
Other people’s actions towards you:  That’s NOT YOU!

You ARE Beautifully Created and Perfectly YOU.

You ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH!!!!

It’s time to start digging through some of the “stuff” that may have stopped you in your tracks, it’s time to move forward in the victory of your overcoming, it’s time to take your story, and inspire those around you.

You have a PURPOSE. You’ve got to re-discover it, or maybe expand it, or perhaps shout it from the mountain tops!!! You’ve been created with your Purpose; it’s time to live out your MISSION.

I Promise This To YOU…  Life Is SO MUCH SWEETER WHEN LIVING ON PURPOSE THROUGH MISSION!!!
